    what is the horizontal distance it can lower the TV ? ... our fire place mantle is exceptionally high.

    Hi I have this mount and bought the BroadLink rm4 because of your video. Are you able to provide instructions on how to use it to control the mount? I can learn the RF controls from the remote but pressing them in the app doesn’t seem to control the mount

    We just had our mantle mount installed and it doesn’t come down smoothly like that - it’s jerky. Any idea why?

      Sounds like either the TV is too heavy or there might be something not adjusted correctly. Have you reached out to the installer or Mantle Mount for assistance? That would be our very first steps.

      @@getconnectednow I think this mount has settings to smooth the motion when it starts to move. Check the PDF online to see if you can adjust them.

    So.... A motorized mount but a cheap Insignia TV and a White soundbar on a Black TV. At least a partial miss.
