I love this wallet, but that email about buying more than one wallet is bullshit. They offer the service, therefore it’s not your concern how long they spend on an image. I would’ve done exactly what you did, and tell them to forget the engraving.

Akeeni's website clearly has a disclaimer on their inability to laser-engrave complicated logos. Don't know what you're bitching about. And you could've at least accorded them some empathy, of not being able to allocate that much manpower to a single wallet, when their entire factory just burned down prior to the upload of this video. Besides, aside from you getting it on sale during Black Friday, they still had the decency to give you a discount code for your next purchase --- but still you dissed them on this review. Wow. How entitled can one get?!
Can you store your id in the credit card area or is it bettor off in the business card section?
