Honestly, these kids work harder than my coworkers.
They might work harder, but they get less done. Kid didnt do nothing but destroy a bearing
@outkast937 at least they are trying. I'm working with a handful of 20-30 year olds (over at Hyundai) who never show up on time. Constantly on their phones, and complain when having to actually work. Threats of quitting if they don't get their way... it's passed covid, I wish we would go back to firing bad employees.
@josephfriedrich9792 You get what you pay for in a capitalist system. You should take some personal responsibility and start paying what the work is worth.
@thisisisabella3634 If I could, I would. Pooled pay too. If it's complete, we all get paid.

And just like that these bearing are set to be put back in and ran for tens of miles before needing replacement
Lmfao!
Tens of miles. Optimism is the spice of life!
That’s so cool! They turned those bearings into cool beautiful bracelets! What? You mean they think they are “restoring” those bearings? Oh god no!
Patut dihargai kreatifitasnya, mengubah barang bekas/sampah menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomi walaupun pasti mutunya ngga spt yang asli/masih baru, tapi kalau emergensi ya ok lah, 👍👍👍
My God these bearings wouldn't last 3 minutes under a load!😊
Sure they would. Dudes in that country still riding 80s Toyota with millions of miles on them, all rebuilt like this. You work with what you have.
I like how you can just clean the bearing cage, races and then get your buddy to do some precision tapered bearing rejuvenation with his dads bench grinder. The Indian equivalent of selling lemonade.
Difference being that lemonade won’t make a dump truck’s wheels to fall off .
it don't really matter,,, btw ,, did you know that India has overtaken China in population,, so what as few less going to matter?

This is why cheep spare parts are more expensive than the ones that are priced for their controlled quality.
Well said bro
Cheap part
Of more expensive you ? Sure about that lol
@@QueenRaven-kz2fyyes because the cheap part will fail and best case scenario you only have to replace the bearing which will cost you more because you already spent money on an inferior one. Worst case scenario you have some kind of accident that causes a lot of damage.
plenty of parts are over priced for no reason except idiots will pay for it.
@@QueenRaven-kz2fyin the long run yes becouse you need more of them
My engineering job has been outsourced so the CEO could get a helicopter with these bearings

Does it use a video game controller too 🤣
On a helicopter 😂 sure
Happy landing!
Those are the helicopters rotor bearings
Those bearings are no longer heavy-duty used, but for bullock carts or such wheels.
Even though I'm laying in bed, my knees are screaming watching this video.

Respect for this child. He works hard.👍
and his hands😢
The work that he is doing is absolute trash. By grinding the bearings, he is shrinking the size, which introduces slop. This could result in a catastrophic failure of the machine that uses those bearings.
His work is pointless though, he's just ruining bearings.

If the roller size is less they will need to be tightened even further. But all rollers have to be in the same exact size and they have to polished properly.
That's what he was doing with the wood you daft sod
See, thing is, clearly, they don't HAVE to be. They work without that. Just not as smooth or for as long.

Funny that you say that. I have built wagon wheels with roller bearings, babbit bearings and boxed wooden bearings. Those “rebuilt” bearings are trash no matter what.

Apparently no one in this country has ever seen a table.

I have watched a lot of repair videos from India and Afghanistan and other places and they rarely ever use a table for much of anything or even chairs. I believe it's just not in their culture. In that part of the world they just squat over a hole to take a dump but they don't use a typical commode like is used in the west but it is said that they don't have hemorrhoids and other problems that we do in the west from sitting on a toilet which can make it much more difficult to take a crap.🎉
