My dad and I went on the road trip of a lifetime.
We used Eaglerider for the rental of the bikes and the Route 66 tour and they were absolutely brilliant!

The best memories I have of my dad is our rides together. He taught me to ride at nine years old and would ride behind me around the foothills of California. Now he watches me ride from Heaven.
It was on our Bucket List for years then 5 years ago when I was 72 and my wife 65, we did it from Illinois to California on a 99 Harley Davidson Ultra listening to old rock and country tunes !! We lived in Ontario Canada and still do!😊!

The trip of a lifetime, thanks for sharing! I lived on Rt. 66 in Arizona for 15 years, and was lucky enough to meet people from all over the world. I may be biased, but you'll meet some of the best people in the country along the "Mother Road"!

You had the Father I wish I had. Mom helped me buy my first bike, a 1974 Honda cl100 at the age of 14. Live in Vegas 44 years now and have been to most of the places out west that you rode, but there’s so much more. Been riding Harley’s since 2003, the 100 year anniversary. God bless your Dad in heaven.

Looked amazing !, was meant to be riding the 66 in 2020 but obviously due to COVID our plans got put on hold for a while, so had to make do with a tour of the South West of the UK which was beautiful but not the same !!. Ride safe everyone !!

I used a gopro hero 7. I still use it today for my videos and so far it seems to be doing the job. I have a hand mount that makes filming really easy as you just point your hand to whatever you want to film. I would recommend taking a drone like a dji mini 2. I wish I had when we went.

We rented with Eaglerider from Chicago to LA and dropped them off in LA. Hope that answers your question mate, thanks for watching :)

@@ZaleAway When I lived in Oatman, AZ in the '90s, there was a German tour that did that...they'd fly into Vegas, rent Harleys and rip up and down Rt. 66, Grand Canyon, etc. They were always welcome there. Fun group, great memories from those days. Glad you and your dad got your kicks!

We did the trip in July 2019. Weather was brilliant throughout apart from when we did the enchanted circle. That day we had extremely bad weather which you can’t see in the video as I was trying my best not to crash so didn’t use GoPro 😂
Looks like a fun trip, I’m just curious to where you hauled your clothes an other stuff on your bikes... not in any scene was any baggage??
We had a support van with our luggage and a spare bike

Yes mate look at the company EagleRider online. You rent the bike and start with it in chicago and then drop it off in LA
