    Great video!! Schedule C borrowers, the good news is that if you take deductions for Depreciation, Depletion or Business Milage (Check IRS website for rate allowed for each year. Business Milage x rate= $$$) the underwriter will add those back to your qualifying income. 1040 filer's need to be aware of any 2106 form expenses which are for un-reimbursed employee expenses this will lower your qualifying income.

    Can a small auto accident lawsuit ( defendant) affect the Mortgage approval , Auto Insurance company is fighting the case currently but the coverage is state minimum

    Thanks companies need to ask for tax returns when they pre-qualify you..not during the loan process.

    I have a question.....What would one do if all of their income is non-taxable /net income such as VA compensation (permanent disability) and social security? In this case there are no tax returns involved yet the income IS steady and unchanging. So how would an underwriter handle income made up of net income and what would they need as verification other than updated confirmation award letters?
