Of all the shows I've seen, there was only one time when he lifted someone and dropped them back in their seat; during the 10th ave freeze out tribute to Clarence. He said, "No." lifted her around the waist and put her back on the ground. (stage was in the middle of the floor)
Because he treats his fans with respect and understands that fans contribute toward who he is. What you see is what he truly is.
I know fans come up on stage with him but that look like it may have been staged.
Fair play to her she killed it. No over-awed-ness, just natural fun. Good dancer too.

I really love how this just spontaneously worked out! What a beautiful fun girl. I also love how at the end he calmly bows to her, then he hugs her, then they bow to the audience... and then he politely invites her to exit the stage. Bruce is such a class act!

Never been a fan of the Boss but this rendition of an all time classic will sway me. Just terrific and the young lady is such a natural.
It took me a long time to come around to the Boss but I have been surrounded by Springsteen fans my whole life so I knew there had to be something there and I have enjoyed some of his music along the way. When I saw this video 100 factoids fell into place about why a person should love Bruce Springsteen.

I was at this show. Me and my 13 year old daughter. We sat right behind the stage. And the first thing my daughter said when she got on stage was "Dad, patti is gonna be pissed." LOL ❤

It was such a great show. I'd been to some epic Bruce shows (including nights 2 + 3 at MetLife in 2016), but this might be my favorite of them all because of all the spontaneous moments like this. And that setlist was amazing as well. Don't Change, Stayin' Alive, Seaside Bar Song, This Is Your Sword, Something In The Night, Save The Last Dance For Me, Kingdom Of Days and an absolutely killer Ghost Of Tom Joad made this truly an epic night. I am so glad to have the complete show on video so I can relieve all the magical moments from this night.

That girl was fabulous.. so youthful and sweet innocence. .. The greatest thing about the Boss's performance is like there is no divide between the stage and the audience .... Seamlessly connected. This is what happened with Elvis's performance too

So I call Roy who was a friend of mine but he didn’t answer and left the recording on his voice mail, he called the next day and asked who was that doing his song I answered Bruce Springsteen
He answered with “ oh yes I heard he is pretty good”

I love the Tom Morello era so much. Every time I see him in one of these videos I am delighted anew that he was a full member of E Street for several years.

@@Onlinesully Fans who climb onto a stage are typically tackled by security before they get close to the rock star. He didn't bring the girl onto the stage, she climbed up there and was allowed to stay. I can't think of any other persons concert where this would be allowed. This isn't part of his act.
