Sir I'm not able to understand step 4 .....why cos 2x+h/2 is not divided by h/2 as sin h/2 divided by h/2

Because we want h/2 below sin only as that becomes a form. Also we can't keep it below both as sin and cos are in multiplication not in addition or subtraction.
For example:
2 × 3 2 3
-- = - x 3 or 2 × -
5 5 5
But it can't be
2 3
- × - (wrong)
5 5

It doesn't serve our purpose then why do for that?
We need to make sure that h in denominator gets removed. Only way is to apply the formula that I applied.
