9:35 Damn! Imagine the scene, you finish a business meeting in California, take a cab to the airport, and fly your FIGHTER JET to another meeting at Texas.
16:30 I'm convinced, this guy is THE MAN to lead NASA. The fact he said this 1 year before the elections which no one could even phantom the possibility of him being chosen is just sureal.
Not quite sure why you found it necessary to say that legislators from Red states are motived to direct NASA spending as a jobs program. Today, unfortunately, this applies to most legislators on both sides of the aisle which must change. I certainly agree that legislators, like Shelby, who perpetuate the SLS mistake, block development of in orbit refueling, and find it necessary to legislate the specific means to a goal rather than just the goal, are the problem. Hopefully the Trump team, with the help of DOGE, will make the decisions made by our elected representatives must more transparent so we the people can be more accurately informed.. I, for one, care much more about what is best for our country over what is opportunistic for my congressional district. Outside of this one issue, I found your video exceptional. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing this out, Miles. Isaacman is an interesting guy. I look forward to his work at the helm of NASA.

Fantastic interview! Seen many with Isaacman, this is probably the best 👌 🚀
Wow, thanks!
24:40 That is...terrifying

Thanks Miles... always insightful
Glad you enjoyed it!
Excellent video, Miles, especially tying things together at the end. All the changes v. the staid bureaucracy.
@@harve35 thanks!
@@MilesOBrien Np. Always enjoy your outlook.
Great interview. The extreme editing of Isaacman speaking to cut out pauses of all lengths is distracting.
Agreed. That was a failed experiment.
Wow, I think you might have exaggerated a little bit with the cuts, there's nothing wrong on letting Jared breath xD
Yeah the _cuts_ are distracting, but if you are not watching aka only listening, it is very much a standard talk/interview.
Agreed. Not sure how many watch vs. listen...
work in progress
@ I was just listening, while doing other work on computer. It felt natural, it only felt “jittery” when I occasionally looked at interview screen.

It's just making the point that it makes for complicated politics in the Trump administration.
