Hi there, just wondering how can I set up an inquiry email? Whenever I respond to the GHL email using the reply address in the email (my subdomain one), then it will go through and show in conversations. However, when I try to compose an email and address it to that same email, I am met with a message blocked email, saying: 550 5.7.1 Relaying denied. Why is this the case? Will I have to set up a separate inquiry email not on GHL? Is it possible to have this inquiry email to forward to my personal gmail? Please let me know asap. Many thanks

You need to add it as a user.
