Beerus has been training for millions of years with other Gods and Angels 10 years of training can't compare to millions of years with godly opponents even with Frieza's potential this is laughable
Well, looking how loose beerus is i really doubt he trained constantly for all those millions of years but he was elected as a God of destruction and dominates the mega instinct and kind of knows a bit about ultra instinct i would at least expect him have trained thousands of years and dont see Freeza doing better than this against Beerus.

this is actually not possible frieza is one of the most powerfull characters but he will need to train for a lot more years to defeat beerus, beerus has strongest ui out of gods of destruction and he doesnt even have to wait for frieza to finish traing if he at one point thinks that he is a danger to him and other gods he can destroy him so frieza basically has no chance
