All I can say is Barcelona is really a magical place. My sister has a similar story to yours where she manifested moving there ever since she visited when she was 12 years old. It was by chance that she got to visit because my mom had won round trip plane tickets from a radio show one morning! She loved it so much & promised herself she would live there one day & she finally did at 30 years old. It also funny that I visited for my first time around late May timeframe as well.
