  • I made a 91% on the Alabama Real Estate exam the first time I took it in Dec. of 2019. This covered national and state requirements.
    In this video, I share a few tips that I believe made the biggest difference. I talk about what I learned in the process and share how you can do what I did.
    I hope these tips help you get a passing score the very first time you take it.

    I think my biggest challenge is the “personal study” side of the course. I find myself second guessing what I should be reviewing. Great example would be making flash cards and questioning what to pull out of a unit

      I’m not sure if it’s done the same way now, this was almost 5 years ago, but I received my score immediately. I was told they don’t give you the score anymore, unless you fail.

    Appreciate the video! I just took it for the first time on Thursday and barely failed. I did well on the National Portion, but the state portion regarding the Alabama Laws directed at stuff like licensing, the commission laws, and fines I was caught off guard with. Any tips on how I can focus on just State portion law related questions? Thanks.

    Just what I needed to hear. Thanx a lot! I just spent 1 month studying for the Georgia one on the CE Shop after being invited to a career night in Columbus GA, we bought a house across the Chattahoochee river so we live in Alabama, 5 minutes from Georgia, turns out I was told to study for the wrong test lol Now I am starting the Alabama one after paying full price for the Georgia course. Done venting hahaha and here I go again!

    26 out of the 40 Alabama questions I had this morning were in disciplinary action/hearings/appeals. I ended up with a 68. I missed passing by 2 God damn points.

I am terrified that I'm not giving as much time for studying that is required and really wondering if I'm going to remember any of the courses from the very beginning! Any extra advice would be wonderful!! Glad I found this video!

    I’m wanting to take the test the first week of January and I’m really struggling. I think I’m overthinking things and confusing myself. I’m taking practice tests like crazy and half of them am passing with flying colors. Then I’ll fail others miserably. How hard is the test, really? Because the tests I’m taking are all over the board in terms of difficulty.
    I took the prelicense course online through the Career Academy of Real Estate and am so stressed and feel like I’m gonna fail because I’ve bought so many books and practice tests and can’t get myself to where I’m consistently passing them. I’ve made literally 500 flash cards and I can’t retain all the info on them. My husband thinks I’ve “overloaded the computer.” What do you think?

    • @livinginmobile
      @livinginmobile  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have to admit, I thought the test was very hard, but like I mentioned in the video, I also thought I could’ve failed it and I ended up making a 91. So, your emotions can be very misleading.
