I was there, and caught it on camera. I lost it when he hit the field! He looked great, and his first time playing QB He got us a touchdown! Can't wait to see him next year. It was my first time back in the stadium in 24 years, it was my son's first live football game, and Nico's first touchdown! GO VOLS!!!!!
@@hiiipowerbass2337 really? I honestly didn't know. I unfortunately live in florida, and cannot tune into every game or details. When did he technically first hit the field?
That was great! I hope someday to see my first Tennessee game live. I’ve watched them taped or live for close to 60 years on tv. I get so excited and can’t hardly sleep the night before! If I was going to a live one I bet I wouldn’t sleep for a week!
His pocket awareness and his ability to extend plays is what’s going to make him special. Skills like that can cover up some shortcomings in the O Line
I saw two dropped balls and one bad throw. So he should’ve had two more completions. I know it was just U Conn and they’re struggling, but he made playing look so smooth and easy. Effortless for him.
One bad throw was on purpose out to Thornton. It was actually a super smart play. He saw the defending creeping and pushing up and realized an incompletion is better than a INT. Heads up play IMO.
I know the fans wanted to see Him play more.. But the coach Didn't want any kind of freak injury to happen to the FUTURE QB. After all this was a meaningless game and they're were already up Big.. GBO
Missing a receiver standing still is not good Milton can do that all day long. He can run but what was that that tackled him a ghost? That was lame. He should've had a TD. He looks young and green. Might take him a couple of years or more. He can hit players on the run is good. He got potential. He needs to use his long arms to stiff arm. Quick strong strong stiff arm.

Awesome man. Glad y'all had a great time. Go 🍊!!!!
@@garyspangler8623he got in the UTSA game for like 2 plays… nothing substantial
Glad you got to get back and have your son get to experience one of the best places on earth! GBO🍊

Looked a little nervous. Missed on some easy throws, but he will be 100 percent a great QB!!
to be fair some of the receivers were used to Milton and weren't expecting passes to be on the money and a catchable pace
Cali quarterbacks are different we just breed winners @ life congrats Uce keep putting on for the West like the rest of the elite qbs 💯💪🏽

Exactly one of the biggest things we lacked with Joe Milton , Nico is a mahomes, Bryce young type qb who can extend plays
I really like his situational awareness!
Yes, that’s the thing that I liked and also his ability to run from pressure
Reminds me of Lamar
@@ZackaryArmstrongfr that’s y I like him much more than Milton but Milton has the expierence and waited his turn
And he likes the 8 million he was paid to go to ut.
His stature reminds me of Bryce Young but he is taller.
Future looks good build that o line hupel

You realize the best QB's in all of football miss throws every game, right?
He needs more game time and receivers that can catch! Not to bad
He'll probably get more against Vanderbilt.
That kid was a ball of nerves. You could tell by the high throws. I think he's gonna be very well.
Gonna be a soecial one. And our coach is a QB guru. 🍊
Awesome!
I like how he goes through his checks and the way he holds his hand when he high fives.

He also wanted to reward Gaston Moore and Navy Shuler for their years of handwork and dedication in practice
Castles doesn't get the recognition he deserves! Dude is a beast!
I'm thinking he will be a force to be reckoned with next year
If those back up receivers could catch he would’ve had 7/9
Gotta get that ball out faster or he'll become a human pretzel against SEC competition 🤕
Samoans breed D1 players
😢😢😢...mannn
He is better....

He fell so he wouldn’t get hit. It’s like him sliding to not get injured
