Lived in Nottingham 1982 to 1987 and we regularly shopped in Broadmarsh. We still have some very nice light fittings in our lounge where we live now in East Yorkshire which we bought in BHS in Broadmarsh.
Nottingham getting cooler? Right now I rather hope it'll get warmer 😂 It's looking good where it's done, but where's the green space? Was that a bank of solar panels on the roof of the library? Way to go Nottingham!
The whole story of Broardmarsh shopping centre has gone on and on and on for so many years its ridiculous . Its about time something was done with it and stop messing about. Its a real shame that the building was only there for around 30yrs or so and to think what was there before and demolished to make way for a building that wasnt going to last.
