Hemraj's phone's last location was in Krishna's Area. CBI Team 2 : On that Night, Rajesh was surfing net. He heard some noise coming in. He went to check about the noise in Hemraj's room. He found Hemraj was not present there in his room. Then, he went to Aarushi's room and her door was a bit open. Through the open space he discovered Arushi and Hemraj in a Sexual position. Out of rage, he again went back to take the Golf stick. He then swung the Golf Stick high and attacked Hemraj with it and when Aarushi tried to stop Rajesh, she got hit accidentally. With all this chaos, Nupur Talwar came to check what happen and she was astonished. Then, both Rajesh and Nupur took dead body of Hemraj on terrace and slit his throat. Then they again came back to their home and slit Aarushi's throat as well to make the injury look similar. They destroyed all the evidences. They messed-up the crime scene.
