I'm a Muslim and I appreciate you caring about the people that are fasting but it's completely fine if you eat food on cam. The point of Ramadan isn't just fasting but getting closer to God, so if you're constantly thinking about food, you as a Muslim are missing the point. I think I speak on behalf of all Muslims when I say that it's totally fine for you to eat on cam. It doesn't bother us at all and it should not have to be an inconvenience for you.
