Why is it that, in so many video games, we win the boss battle but immediately see a cutscene where our characters' asses get kicked? We may as well have not fought.
No, everyone was alive when Homura chose to go back. She just deemed the situation to be hopeless. Whether she might have been right, she did not see things through to the end. For all we know, once she vanished, the four of them managed to win by the skin of their teeth. And because she didn't stick around she has to go through more bullshit.
Even when you finally had everyone survived at the end, but still couldn't defeat the witch.. The only explanation i can think of is when you have more party members in your team, you'll end up with weaker members when you fight the final boss. Instead of having less members but higher experience level.. I don't know.. just an opinion..
It's a bigger plot hole within the game itself. In other routes/timelines, Madoka manages to one-shot Walpurgisnacht on her own immediately after becoming a magical girl (though, apparently she uses up all the magic in her soul gem to do so and become Krimheld Gretchen shortly afterwards). So yeah, it's ridiculous to think the magical girls would die with their improved training and a stronger Madoka on their side.
So.... let me get this straight... In Homura's route, just her, Mami, Kyoko, and Sakuya manage to win the final battle. But here, where they each have something ort someone to fight for and Madoka is fighting with them, they get their asses kicked? Seems legit...
That0s because the problem in this timeline is not that they're all united, but the effectiveness of their magic. This was perfect, evreyone got what they wanted and they're friends and are happy, but they really needed to train too xD
also in homura's best ending it was hinted that their victory was actually madka's wish.... which doesn't exist here since madoka' wish is "to be a magical girl" here
@@hermosillotramita480Or to save a cat since it's just an excuse to become and help as magical girl and didn't think to much about it...which is just what kyubey wants for girls to do ideally
This is worse than turning into witches and die of despair... At least they already lost everything. But now they have everything but they have to die or turn into witches anyway AND loose everything at once. I think they couldn't kill walpurgis b/c they didn't practice enough. And does hitomi know about mahou shojos? I mean there are floating pics of walpurgis on the wall how can anyone not know? And lol "homura raised us" everyone depends on homuhomu in this route XD.
A tea party with Green Mugi around? Wait a minute! Her English Dub VA alongside the original Mugi is the same! Shelby Lindley. Now enough with that, I am enjoying this one's flow a lot!
I never got this, how come all 5 of them can't beat Walpurgisnacht, yet, 2-3 of them can? Also, can you send me a link of where to start the Homura route?
They lost because walpurgis is the strongest witch not even the quintet could beat it. The only reason the won once in the other ending was because Madoka wished for them to win, it was hinted during the ending
Ano Maly Homura was strong, but she was never a trainer to begin with. Even if she drilled the girls, Puella Magi only become stronger after facing hardship but managed to stand up again. those girls barely faced any trouble since Homura was busy making them happy. if you want to know a good Puella Magi trainer, her name is Mami Tomoe.
If I rage too much (I was actually laughing) then you YELL too much. ;) So basically my point is correct and you're just saying that it doesn't matter? Sure, I won't argue with that. I just think if I put in the effort to play through this route instead of just watching it here, I'd feel trolled. Especially with the "choice 1 you lose, choice 2 you don't win" selection. As to your last point: I don't mind an unhappy ending. I just wish the transition from happy route to bad end made sense.
So what was the point to sticking Hitomi into the meeting? Once it started, she had no dialogue lines and no function in the story... Hahahaha oh my god, what fail. Biggest Idiot Ball in the whole franchise so far. Why would Homura reset time at this point, before everyone's had a chance to give it their best? And why would they fail, when in Timeline3 Madoka and Homura alone were enough to win? It's such pointless trolling. Urobuchi, your story is bad and you should feel bad.
This entire timeline is basically the RPG equivalent of getting a group of fighters with good synergy but everyone forgot to grind
"You guys can do whatever you want, I give up" That's right, Kyubey. Everyone's still alive. U mad, bro?
He cannot be mad, but that line was everybody's life's hope xDD
Well, this aged badly
@@ModusOperandiii
I was just referring to that specific moment, future events don't really change what Kyubey said.
@@VGamingJunkieVTDidn't think you would respond back from a comment that's 10 years old
Kyubey's like "you know what? fuck it, I give up." lmfao
Wasn't Hitomi there the entire time while they were at Homura's house? I wonder what her reaction was to all of that...
They could easily just use the excuse that they're talking about a video game they're all been playing together
In this universe, Kyubey is known as "SALTY!"
"Kyubey" YOU GIRLS DO WHATEVER you want. I give up.
Madoka to Hitomo "You ain't in the circle"

P.S. This would had been the best timeline to become a magical girl

To show that you gave it your all and that's what matters. Won't change anything of course.
4:42 Everyone got excited and motivated, but Homura's line was a treasure.
And then that end... xD
No, everyone was alive when Homura chose to go back. She just deemed the situation to be hopeless. Whether she might have been right, she did not see things through to the end. Third wheel Hitomi. xD
I like how the girls were having some Anime Shounen hero never give up shit, and Homura still went fuck it.

Not nearly enough to win cause they were just doing regular magical girl shenanigans😂😂
So.... let me get this straight...

Pffft, seriously, Homura? You don't even finish the fight and you reset?

Kyubey sound pissed :D
'Feelings transcend reality'? Man if that ain't a motto for every magical girl program out there....
and they all won but they lost anyway....

Homura's Best Ending, a.k.a. The "Tea Party" Ending.
bluh, this ending frustrates me so much. u_u
Man... Just when they all had a place to return to...
Everyone died. It's kind of over.
so in the end they all die huh expect for homura she uses time traver but you did your best nice job though
hitomi mustve think that the next day theyre doing a roleplay lol
FUUUUU, WHY RESET!! ...naw, just kidding. But can you also upload one where you choose the first choice? I don't know what would happen. :)
Then again, the Extra route is essentially a gag route (thus non-canon), so I guess it doesn't matter.
Thwe first time that Kyuube surrenders.
They died? How did they die? Weren't they still alive?
6:26 Looks like Kyousuke got a new job.
Any plans to upload more Madoka Portable videos? (Perhaps ones from the other routes?) Just curious.

You ever gonna upload another one of these?
You're welcome. Glad I could help. ^_^
Does anyone happen to know how many endings there are for each route in this game?
are both links at the end supposed to go to the same video?
Wait what the fuck? why did Homura reset? They were about to win!
ok this route didn't make any sense I mean you have two veterans and madoka who had a large amount of potential amd yet they still lost I mean really
Well, we don't know how many times Homura-chan traveled through time and this has nothing to do with the original series, so... xD It's free :D
sakura5sango6 but still we had enough bad endings as it is. couldn't they at least give us one more good ending.

They were too busy being happy that they forgot to train
The reason they won against walpurgis once was because Madoka wished that they all could beat Walpurgis
Why do I keep screwing that up?
Click on a choice at the end.
Is there gonna be a part 2?
Where is part 2
Wait, no part two?
hmm, both options are the same
Well good for them =p
Though to be honest it's kind of ridiculous that all 5 of them led by drill sergeant Homura can't beat Walpurgis.
