I Absolutely love this whole album! This album got me through A tough time in the early 90s and kept me sustained in my faith. This song & album brings back a lot of a GOOD memories of when my family was so close. I wish someone would RE-RECORDED THIS ALBUM! This album needs to be heard by this new generation both in the world & the new Generation of Christians.
Absolutely love this album, and this particular song originally written by Freda Battle, with Percy Bady adding the middle verses, and Gloster Williams bringing it home with: "cause He said He would." One of the best collaborations ever!

Christopher, has anyone ever talked about why they stopped producing? There were some very heavy hitters in this entire ensemble from producers, to writers, to musicians, to vocalists! A very unique sound! I expected to keep collecting from them for years! And question: are you "THE" Christopher Williams? "New Jack City", "I'm Dreamin'" and all that?

William Holmes these singers were from Steelton PA; I’m from York, 40 miles from there. My children and I used to sing this song; yet love it 🥰
