Thank you! Definitely skipped the unknown amount of hours making the bonnet on the first place.. but the reproduction part is better than I had expected.
Would have loved to see the production of a hood from start to Finnish to installed on a car

an air line = quick squirt of air should see the mould pop out !
She looks a bit dry and a bit thin in the gel coat but respect for giving it a shot
Why is he copying the underside of the hood
I was making an entirely new bonnet after making a whole new front end. Made a mould then a reproduction part.

Cant expect much rigidity with only three layers of 450gsm, and with the under webbing that was done after it's now better than OEM and 10kg lighter.
This video shows why you need to leave these jobs up to professionals
