I have been running this move speed set up too, its legit cancerous and I'm not surprised MS is getting nerfed. In desperate situations I have been turning this into a split push build - you start as normal with Litchbane - Storm- Cosmic and then you go Warmogs and Flickerblades both give MS and help you split push - the Flickerblades sounds super troll but if you ever get into a 1v2/ 1v3 the basic cool down reduction it gives means your autos give you near permanent abilities, including your shield ( which is now massive bc of warmogs) . Best thing is, if you take Celerity and relentless hunter you can sell boots at full build and buy Rabadons and you'll still be 100+ MS faster than every other player on the map. If your team needs someone to go side, this build is so perfect as you are a mix of tanky, damage dealer and the fastest player on the map. It is the most fun ive ever had on Diana and is not that troll ( in my emerald opinion lol) - would love to hear your thoughts! thanks for the content!
