I remembered watching Santo Bugito back in the 90s when I was a kid. It's funny and a great misadventures shows. I wished it's on DVD at last so I relived my childhood memories like Aaah Real Monsters.
Waking up early asf in the morning and watching Santo Bugito, Ace Ventura, G.e.e.k.er, Ninja Turtles etc etc \m/ now i stay up late n watch them all again and sleep in lol \m/
I remember watching right after teenage mutant ninja turtles aired,(in its last or penultimate season) this was a good and highly unique cartoon.the problem with this cartoon is that with many cartoons that present something distinctive and offbeat and especially original to the scene, they're never really given by the viewing public.i personally believe if this aired on a another network such as FOX.this would've lasted a few seasons, and would've most likely garnered a small but loyal following eventually, becoming a small hit.
There were probably high expectations for this show as it was coming from the same creative team behind Rugrats. To add, some of the voice cast like Joan Van Ark, George Kennedy and Cheech Marin probably made Santo Bugito expensive. Rugrats had Melanie Chartoff, Jack Riley and David Doyle, but they probably cost a fraction.

@6:50-6:53, OMG! I found a Hidden Mickey Mouse, on CBS!😱🤯
That's Not Right, Or Is It?
@@henrytube5333 Just gears in that form.
Almost every cartoon had a hidden Mickey.
Even before Mickey existed.
I THOUGHT that was Klasky Csupo
