McAllen Peace Officers’ Memorial Ceremony 2019

The McAllen Police Department hosted a Peace Officers’ Memorial Ceremony to commemorate the Nation’s Police Week on Wednesday, May 15, 2019. Dozens of local, state and federal law enforcement officers attended the event to honor fallen officers. In McAllen, there’s been three police officers who lost their lives in the line of duty: Officer Federico Saenz, End of Watch March 26, 1933; Officer Rosalin Suarez, Jr., End of Watch May 19, 1981; and Officer Reynaldo V. Lopez, End of Watch July 10, 1993.
