Hey Zealand as someone from West London my local club QPR have had a very good Sierra Leone international come through our books and has been here the last 20 years since 2005 and played 98 games in the EFL over the last decade since 2015 and has 17 caps for Sierra Leone although he was born in Westminster same as me so is second generation. Also Stephen Calker ex Tottenham, Liverpool and QPR defender now plays international football for them too. He also played for team GB at the 2012 London Olympics and has 1 cap for England.

You missed the whole thing going on with what man city are going to pay. He is as today a player of the B team, with a low release clause (around 10m€ I think). Valladolid had the option to renew him and his release clause would go up to 20M euros, which is what they were asking to sell him. But City will "buy" him for 0 euros and have to pay 6m in fines and compensations to Valladolid. They prefer paying these "fines" than paying his B team-menber release clause
As a City fan, this is kind of sad, but I would also say it's not exactly like it's Pep or any of the actual team that are making those decisions, it's some shit-house corporate money manager that has to make that decision.
