Beach Yoga Surprise + Goddess Detox Bath + A Love Letter to the Universe ✨❤️ | Day 5/30

From Healing to Wholeness: Day 5/30 ✨ I started my day with sunrise at the beach. I meditated and then practiced a little yoga all while being accompanied by a soft gentle rain. This is the aftermath of my last post, that soft gentle rain I was flowing in turned into an "abort mission" real quick lol. Y'all know brown sugar melts when it gets wet! 😌 (One of my mom's favorite lines lol).
After the beach, I felt guided to take a Goddess Detox Bath with ylang ylang essential oil, rose petals, oregano, tumeric, and ginger.
The video ends with a little pole play. I began practicing pole during quarantine in 2020. It's such a beautiful form of creative expression. ✨

If you're new to this particular series I have decided to intentionally utilize the next 30 days for my personal, mental, spiritual, and emotional development. I will be documenting this journey of Self Love, shadow work, inner child healing.
I'm sharing this with you all as a means to hold myself accountable as well as for vulnerability and transparency purposes. Sometimes we forget that the strong people in our lives are usually so strong because of the things they had to overcome in life. Sometimes we forget that the healers need healing...the peacekeepers need peace....the lovers need love too!
And that's why I am embarking on this journey of the Self, through the Self, to the Self! To remind myself that I am worthy of peace, love, and healing....and all of these things begin within! ♥️✨
