Loved this video, so fun! The reason your chocolate went a weird consistency when you melted it was because the bowl was touching the water, which made it burn. Next time you should do the double boiler method, by boiling water in a pan and putting the bowl of chocolate over it, making sure that the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water! :)

Try Oreo Swiss roll, they are amazing yet gorgeous..... Recipe:- 1) Separate oreo's cream and Oreo biscuit 2)Add 2 teaspoon milk to crushed cookie and cream & mix until you get a dough-like consistency in biscuit and creamy batter in cream. 3)Flatten the biscuit dough and apply the cream to it, roll it like a roll and then freeze it for 1 hour, you will get an oreo swiss roll. Btw I love your videos, they are so awesome, you are the first youtube to who I posted a comment. And please Sara try the recipe, it is really awesome..........
