Nice video! Won't your clothes and saddle pads get really dusty hanging out like that, since you said it was dusty in there? are you allowed to fasten things to the walls? if so, there are these single rod saddle racks that don't take up a lot of space, and they can be folded in, so that they are parallel to the wall, when not in use.
