I’d highly recommend you get a library card! The libraries in qld are so good. You can put specific books on hold online and just go pick them up! That way you’re spending $0 and you still get 2 weeks + to read each book!

Idk I just wanted to offer that as I use to be hard on myself but nowadays find it handy to look at 'negatives' as things that had to happen.
I agree. Maybe it's not a good idea to say you're lazy but simply be aware of your behaviour so you can change it positively without putting this pressure on yourself or acting out of guilt.:)

A really easy trick for IG is to move the app off of your main screen! A lot of the time we just click it out of habit, so if you move it onto another page, it can help! Out of sight out of mind and all that😂
I was also sick all last week. Spend all week in bed and even got covid tested cause I thought I had covid. I didn't though which was a relief. But when I came back to work on Monday, one of the guys thought I just took a sicky all week and even gave me the finger. 😑 If I took a sicky I wouldn't of spent it all in bed and getting tested. I hate it when people don't believe you. I hate taking time of work anyway, I would never pull a sicky unless I really had too. He is not a nice person, but I'm not working in his section anymore so happy about that.
