I found 2 best buys that restocked silver tempest yesterday. results were mixed for me. black code card packs seemed normal - mostly a reg rare holo. white code card packs always had hits though. before I got hits every back no matter the code card

I had no luck with Best Buy packs, but did ok with some recent Walmart restocked packs
