The only scenario that difference in device would affect your model's accuracy is if your device's computational capabilities are not able to complete that ML model's training. Any device that is able to complete the training of the model should produce the same accuracy, but if it can't train the model then obviously you wouldn't even have a model nor an accuracy to judge.
