Healthy eating really helps a lot. I have been doing this. Gave up processed foods and I make sure that dinner is light plus early. Also having a proper sleep adds to this. It is a great journey. Hello Ridhi, congrats for 27K subs. Would like to give one suggestion for weight loss/fat loss. Calorie deficit is the only way to achieve that. How much ever home cooked food you eat you will not be able to have a sustained weight loss and reach your goal weight unless you do portion control. I am sure your nutritionist must be guiding you with that. Yes home cooked meals are healthy and very good compared to outside food but even that has to be taken in controlled portion during calorie deficit. There are several free apps that you can use for calorie counting. Also try to include protein in every meal of yours, that provides satiety and helps in reducing muscle loss that you will have in this journey of weight loss.
