Not sure what I was thinking but tackled this workout this morning after doing 30 min of kickboxing, and it felt good. Thanks coach. I feel like I totally made up for missing a workout yesterday. This was perfect.🔥🔥

🔥🔥 I thought I was going to do a walking hill interval workout this morning, come to find out this was running intervals. Surprise!!! I stuck with it and surprised myself with just how strong I am. Thank you for the encouraging words and helping me improve my mental toughness. I killed it! 🔥
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 first time feeling good running 8 mph for 2 minutes on a treadmill! I can easily do it for 11 or 12 minutes outside on the track but the treadmill is something else! It felt super refreshing yet tiring after all those hills. Love u coach Rachel!
Did yesterday's (7/8) workout as a full sprint workout and stayed at 7.5 for each increase in time and did this as hill work today. No cheating, kept each hill at 6.3 -- what a workout and excellent start to the week! 🔥
Oh shoooooot that one sucked big time. The second run on the 6% my calves went out out out. I finished, just way outside of the numbers coming back down. Next time will be better. 🔥
Woke up with a migraine! Thought I’d struggle through on the lowest levels. 10 minutes in, it went away!! Finished on that 9 speed! IBX is stronger than 6 Tylenol extra strength.🔥🔥
Am I the only one that wakes up first thing Monday morning all giddy to see what workout Coach Rachel has planned for us? I think not😊
