@@ToyotaTrucks9 I’m having that issue as well, you walk up to the sign and it doesn’t let you purchase the house, it must be a bug that needs to be fixed
@@ToyotaTrucks9 I think it’s a bug with this mod, whoever made it needs to update the mod, so I recommend removing the mod from your game until it’s updated as it can ruin the game

Я считаю, что среди всех модов этот - худший. Все выглядит более чем современно и не вписывается в 90-ые. Но просто если уж вы много играли и просто захотели по фану установить - нормальный. Наконец-то жизнь не деревенская. Только вот, если уж и получать такой особняк, то лучше чтобы его можно было купить за 50к марок. А то и 70. Лучше играть с модом working apartment. А еще лучше - жить в сатсуме. Но лучше этого может быть только жизнь в бусике. А, ну еще там дохрена свободного места и сделано все наотвали. За то качество прям как у игры. Такое же убогое

How to install this mod
For me the mod didn't work, i have the latest version of the game and the updated version of the mod and a save game from Radex with stock satsuma
Can anyone help me to be able to get the new house?
It says that the mod need a loader with version 9.9.9 and i have different version
Its because the mod is outdated the creator has not updated it for the latest versions of modloader and the mod will not be able to be used until the mod is updated
I at the start of the game where it says mod settings open it and go to where it says NewHouse next Details button then uncheck the box where I designed Disable this mod that's my solution
Use 1.1.5 version of mod loader and it will work😉 (works for me)

nie mogę tego zainstalować bo nie mam modloadera 1.1.5 a na tym race-departament nie da się pobrać tej wersji. Masz jakiś sposób jak zainstalować tego moda na tej nowej wersji lub ma ktoś linka do tej starszej wersji. proszę niech ktoś pomoże bo ten dom mi się tak podoba!
Radex nie wiem co robić? Zainstalowałem MSC Loader i pobrałem tego moda. Gdy wszedłem by go uruchomić to ten mod był w "Invalid Mods" I nie mogłem go włączyć. Gdy wgrywałem plecak to było normalnie. Czy wiesz co jest grane???
