    근데 나도 집에 있으면 계속 먹는 생각만 나고 입이 괜히 심심함.. ㅜㅜ 억지로라도 밖에 나가서 걷고, 일을 하고, 사람들 사이에 있어야 먹는 생각이 잘 안 남 ㅠㅠ

    근데 정말 사소한거에 스트레스받고 식탐 많으면 집구석에 있으면 안됨... 계속 먹을거만 생각나고 먹고 두시간지나면 배는안고픈데 자꾸 입이 심심하고 물마셔도 그때뿐이고 오로지 음식생각밖에 안남 참는게 한순간한순간이 고통 진짜 좋아하는것을 찾아내야함 정신이 팔릴만큼.. 이거 안겪어보면 진짜 이해안된다 그리고 독하지못한 사람이 대부분 인내심이 적음 살쪄가는거보면 또 스트레스받음 안나가게되고 어두운옷만 찾아입게되고 우울해짐 진짜 악순환의 반복 정말 살기싫어짐

      제가 그런 사람입니다 사소한거에 스트레스받고식탐많음...중년되니 날씬한몸으로 살기가 너무 버겁네요
      약간쪄서 다시 다욧중인데 먹고싶은거 못먹고 간식 끊으니 우울하네요 중년이라긍가 열심히 해도 젊을때처럼 빠지지도않네요 먹는낙뿐인데;;;나가면 먹는거 유혹이 많아서 그것도 고난이에요ㅎ

    고도비만은 정신병부터 치료해야 함
    섭식중추가 어떻고 기초대사량이니 유산소니 그런건 다른 문제임.
    정신적으로 문제가 있음.
    그렇게 정신적 문제를 해결하고 나서 접근해야함.
    고도비만에서 비만으로 떨어트리는건 진짜 일도 아님.

    그냥 식탐이라고 하세요. 스트레스라 많이 먹는다고 합리화하지 마세요. 진짜 스트레스 받으면 목에 밥 안넘어가요. 오히려 몸이 마르죠.

      스트레스 받으면 소화 못 시켜서 못 먹는 사람이 있는가 하면 오히려 그만큼 먹고 배가 불러야 (그것도 주로 밤에) 스트레스가 풀린다는 사람도 있고...

    나도 40중반인데 늙어서 고생안하려고 30후반에 당뇨전단계수치라고해서 20키로뺐고 여태까지 꾸준히 운동하고 체중관리함 스트레스잘받고 집순이고 식탐많아 먹는낙으로 사는1인이라 너무 힘듦 하지만 50 60대되서 후폭풍 안맞으려면 살은 빼야함 당뇨도 무섭고 관절 망가지는것도 무섭다 살찌면 관절부터 아픔 워낙 약골이고 근육이적은 체질이라 열심히해도 마른비만이긴한데 안하는것보단 낫겠지하는 생각으로...중간중간 나태해지기도하지만 병원가서 아픈 노인들보면 정신이 번쩍든다는 ...지금이라도 늦지않았음 신랑은 고도비만인데 찔끔찔끔 운동하고 식단도 제대로안하고 금방포기함 입냄새심하고 채취도심해짐 검진결과가 엄청나쁘지는 않은데 걱정됨
    댓글보니 저분당뇨인가본데 성격이 느긋한건지...당뇨가흔하니 아무것도아니라 생각하는건지???당뇨가얼마나 무서운건데 ㅜㅜ 저정도면 살만빼도 수치 확 낮아질듯 화이팅

    요요현상:호랑이 꼬리를 잡기시작 했다면 호랑이가 지쳐서 쓰러질때까지 죽을힘을 다해 끝까지 잡고 버티야 되는데 대부분 팔에 힘이빠져 놓게되고 그러다 역공당해 잡혀먹힘

    사진은 너무 너무 젊은시절 아니여 ㅋ 많이 찌시긴 했지만 ..저건..의지문제인듯 . 저도 약은 다 먹어본듯..헌대 결국 의지 문제
    스트레스? 폭식? 그것도 핑계더라구요..저도 그랬거든요 ㅋ 저도 계속해년마다 최고의 몸무게를 찍고
    다이어트 하고 또 찌고 하지만 스트레스폭식은 핑계가 확실 합니다..저도 다시 쪘어요 ㅋ 그래도 다시 또 도전하고 노력하고..예전보다는 덜 하지만 빠짐니다..7시이후 안 먹기만 해도 빠지더라구요..
