The build up definitely needs work. Break is nice. The drop needs bigger sub and sound mixing. More reverb. Try to as first to get great satisfying bass kick and pluck / lead layering / mixing and then other elements. Work especially on kick and lead / pluck. That is like 90% secret of big bigroom drop. For example, If this drop didn't have any fx or fills, just kick and lead, it still would be huge:
