How To PUNISH Early Queen Attacks In Chess | Educational Speedrun Part 3

In this series, I reset my rating to 400 to play an educational rapid speedrun. I will be progressing through the rating ranks while explaining opening set-ups and common beginner errors. Each episode of this speedrun will cover a rapid game against an opponent from 400 up to 2000.
In this game, I play against a person who brings their queen out early, and show how to punish early queen attacks.

I believe one of the better moves for black after bringing the queen out is to just go back to d8 and avoid being so punished by Hannah 😂 👏

I think I always played quite "solid", didn't know much about gambits and early queen attacks when I began chess, but definitely have games far worse than this :D

The video title speaks for itself! I’m happy when black plays the Scandinavian against me because I generally don’t have to think about the next couple of moves as white. One often can develop 3 pieces with ease. You thought a bit more and really continued the punishment. Ouch.
