ok so I'll tell you why there's no 4th floor. In Japanese culture and mythology the number 4 is a bad luck number bc when you say it it sounds like a word "death". In some hotels of Japan they don't have the 4th floor button in the elevator and there's no number 4 bathroom stall(at least this is what I think is the main reason that there's no 4th floor in the game)
