From introducing Jonny to the latest YOKKAO MMA training gear to exchanging tips & tricks from both disciplines. With Johnny giving a taste of the MMA grappling warm ups and manoeuvres, Superlek adapted to the difference in style instantly and got to work with the world Champ. Giving Superlek a taste of what the MMA world would look like. Language may be a barrier but Martial Arts can be communicated to all. why is a big guy like Johnny eblen using 120z gloves ? Were the same size and i was recommended to get the 16oz. which i've have served me extremely well for a number of years, top quality product that lasts. im due for a new pair so seeing him train in 12oz gloves makes me wonder why so light for sparring?
