I really like the Brandenburg Mission tree, -1% army trad decay and as prussia you get massive boosts to army professionalism +20 absolutism, -10% adm tech cost, 5 mercantilism, 5%admin effiency, and a permanent -15% reinforcement cost +25% drill gain and -25% drill loss. Furthermore stackable with german missions.

Seems a little extreme then again what else would I expect from a byzantinism state oh sorry for using a soviet term that came about in the 19th century referring to something being overly complex also sorry but Byzantium was more than Greek especially at its start but it never really became solely Greek before the 14th century so yeah Greek Byzantium is weak Byzantium
      Greco-Armenian Byzantium now that's a start.

Forming Jerusalem is quite easy to do tho, after your initial start.
      Insult Byzantium, scornfully so.
Ally as many strong powers as you can and include at least one that will help you fight Byzantium.
Hope Byzantium does not get too many Allies.
Then when you notice the Ottomans are getting ready, declare and get the first sieges.
Best case Scenario like me, Byzantium and Serbia will stomp Epirus while you siege down Constantinople with mostly Ottoman troops.
You swing round and siege down southern greece while.
Give Epirus some of the Byzantine cores, it will make it easier to control the Byzantines in the long run.
The vassalize them. now you are at war with the Ottomans while Austria and Venice have your back.
Time to stomp them, but take as much Anatolian land as you can this time around. Your future wars will be all about sieging down where the Ottoman armies are farthest away from.
So if they fight in the Balkans, fight them in Anatolia.
If they fight in Anatolia, you conquer the Balkans.
But do try to expand to Tunis and Egypt through your missions, for you will piss off most of Islam and I had a coalition of Morocco, to Kilwa, to Gujarat, to the Golden Horde a little while after I formed Jerusalem.

I think Franconia deserves an honorable mention. Not only do they have a personal union on France and Brandenburg, but they get an extra diplomatic relation from those respective missions, which combined with strong duchies, influence, diplomatic, can lead to an ungodly 8 diplomatic relations for an unheard of vassal swarm. That doesn't even include the policies when combined with Offensive or Defensive ideas, which can pump that up to 10.

12:10 another thing you can do, and i call this the chad way to play, is, snake your way through ming china similar to as if youd play oirat going for nomandate yuan, so you border every splinter nation, and start vassalizing those splinter nations, then kill ming, get the mission and annex every single chinese vassal splinter nation immediately (you obviously cant take all of them but youz can for example take the south marches off of ming with the first age CB if you are fast, which you can be) because if you own cores on a land, diplo annexing it costs you nothing and is instant.
This is the chad way to do things because less seperatism, unrest, overextension, alot less mana but also a way faster unification and also stronger provinces because you wont accidentally (purpusefully) burn them down for the sake of mana.

Start as Dithmarschen and culture swap early to pomeranian, get dithmarschen permanent modifiers (mainly 20 goods produced and 5% adm efficiency), swap to pommerania and get their permanent 10% cavalry combat ability, swap to prussian and get their bonuses including +20 max absolutism and +5% adm efficiency (plus a bunch more) then finally form germany to get their bonuses which are many including huge amounts of claims and yet another 5% to adm efficiency (plus germany has an insanely strong idea set including a 4th 5% adm efficiency)

The power of Qing's "gain free cores over all of china" is somewhat damped since it's completely reliant on Ming imploding, which actually becomes more unlikely if you steal the Mandate from them, which you have to do in order to get access to that mission tree anyway.
In my Qing achievement run the war that ended Ming was the same one that brought the last Chinese provinces under my control, making the reward for that mission completely useless.

History of the D'Anjou in Central/Western Europe is very interesting. They ruled as kings in Hungary and fought with Polish Piasts against Luxemburgs who ruled in Czechia/Bohemia.
After death of the last of the Piasts Louis I od Hungary ruled in Poland for 12 years. He was a bad ruler and wasn't interested in actually ruleing in Poland so he choose his mother to rule instead.
Louis had 3 doughters but none od them could inherit the Polish throne so king after giving nobility some priviliges secured throne for his daughters. Basically all his doughters one after another were supposed to became the rulers of Poland. But at the end Jadwiga/Hedvig was crowned the King of Poland and married Władysław Jagiełło of Lithuania. She and her only child died short after giving birth. She is said to be one of the best rules Poland had. After death she became saint.

How on Earth did Bohemia not get on there? They're like a better Bavaria. If you start as Bohemia, you can get a PU over Poland, Lithuania and Hungary, while being able to vassalize Brandenburg and Saxony. If anyone wants a fun world conquest, do that and then form Bavaria (allowing a PU over the Palatinate and Austria), and then form Germany for the Cherry on top.

Restoration of union cb from missions is an abomination that should be abandoned completely. It totally changes the way the game is played, and not in a good way.
Most notable example is France and its PU cb over Spain. While playing as France you can ignore Spain completely until the late game, let them colonize like there's no tomorrow, get the mission around 1800 and just take half of the world under PU in one swift war. Umm... yay?
Btw, in my playthrough Spain became a republic, but still fell under my PU (without changing the government type)... only to spexit 4 years later when they elected someone else. If you don't see a problem with all this...
