@SsevumeArnold Here's my rebuttal. After 3 years my battery is still great. I use it heavy all day. It doesn't overheat so I couldn't care less about better cooling. And at a certain point a chipset can only get so good. I have this debate all the time. At a certain point things can get faster technically on paper, but as far as the user experience it doesn't matter. Who cares if an app opens .0002 seconds faster? Samsung lowkey taking notes from Apple, not updating anything else than the chiplet over the years. The big dogs needs competition to innovate and stop doing these 5% upgrades per year cycles.
I’m not defending either Apple nor Samsung, but there isn’t much to improve on. Every flagship phone has a chip that can run anything on it, cameras that take pictures comparable to professional cameras (comparable to normal people, photographers would tell them apart very easily), screens that are extremely bright, good speaker, pretty long lasting battery life.
