Apki yahi bat pasand ati hai mujhe ki you show and explain things in a proper and logical manner, for which I think your engineering background is a big reason! Regarding this silencer, I have been using the original stainless steel ones, specially custom made in Indore itself with three baffles arranged in zig-zag manner inside them! I have been using them for more than 55,000 kms now, and not an iota of rust has formed on them, because they are truly made of stainless steel, and have a good amount of weight to them! Sound is just top notch, old school thump, which has not changed even a bit!.. I very confidently recommend these silencers to anyone, and that too the original stainless steel Indori only... I simply love them...

I m not encouraging to use free flow silencer at all but theoretically free flow Yan bina exhaust ke pick up or average or sound or engine life sabh badna chahiye because back pressure nahi hai toh engine pe exhaust release karne ke liye koi load hi nahi hai...but yes legal nahi hai.. why u said ki mileage Kam hogi with free flow
