Cambodia Airports Investment Private Limited (CAIC) on June 26, 2024 agreed to enter into a 12-year contract with Lagardère Travel Retail SAS and local partner HSC Group for duty-free sales. Clothing, essential travel equipment and catering services at Techo International Airport, scheduled to open in 2025, with construction completed 78 percent.
