They have to develop such facilities at Mysore, Tumkur, Kolar, Hubli, Davangere, Ballary, Mangalore, Belgaum and other major cities to stop over population, migration issues and related infrastructure issues in Bengaluru. Also, the locals to be given preferences in jobs.

If you look at the thumbnail, the option 3 says 13 villages.. full list of villages couldn't get from any official website, yet! May be it will be published very soon.. but few names came up from locals and seems they are part of it -- Soladevanahalli, Machenahalli, West of Sondekoppa etc.. Will do an update once more info is made available.

In my opinion this will never take off.
Reason, Congress govt has no money, accounts look so weak with all the guarantees.
So, for the next 4 yrs we are in for trouble for basic development, I don’t see this happening.

Poor political leadership has always ruined Karnataka
Why the development is Banglore centric in Karnataka?
    Look at Maharashtra
    Their capital city is Mumbai
But they built Pune, Naasik and Nagpur in such a way that these cities have Airport, Metro, Fly overs, shopping malls and all other urban facilities like Mumbai
    Look at Gujarat
    Ahemdabad is their capital city
But they built Surat, Vadodara and Rajkot in such a way that these cities have all urban facilities more over Gujarat is building GIFT City and Dholera ISR and these 2 cities will be ultra modern cities of India
    Look at Tamil Nadu
    Chennai is their capital city
They built Coimbatore with all urban facilities
Now they are building an International Airport near Hosur
    Look at Madhya Pradesh
    Bhopal is their capital
But they built Indore in such a way that it is the cleanest city in India
    Look at UP
    Lucknow is their capital city
But they built Noida and Gurugram in such a way that these cities have Airport, metro and all other urban facilities
    Now come back to Karnataka
Other than Banglore what do we have?
It's really disappointing that we didn't looked beyond Bangalore

    • @explorewithnandagopal
      @explorewithnandagopal  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

True... to some extend the assembly at Belgaum apart from Bangalore was in that direction but yes, mostly it is bangalore centric.. Mysore/Hubli /Dharwad are good cities for expanding beyond bangalore.

I would say Bangalore as IT hub is the major reason for rapid development of Karnataka, Bangalore will be as big as Delhi/ Mumbai in a few years. And the money will flow down eventually.
      Coming to your comment
UP has only Lucknow, gurugram and Noida were developed because they were in NCR/ beside the national capital Delhi
      Madhya Pradesh has Indore
We'll Karnataka has mysore which is also consistently top 3 cleanest cities in India
Tamil Nadu, hosur is developing because it is close to Bangalore,
And coimbatore is comparable to Mangalore / Mysore
      Idk much about gujurat
And about Maharastra you're completely right, Maharastra can be considered a role model for sustained development of cities throught state.

First government should concentrate on quality of roads in Bengaluru city.
Due to real estate mafia government is only concentrating on Bengaluru and neglecting other parts of Karnataka. What about availability of water? No ground water, all lakes are polluted, no river or sea around Bengaluru.
Bengaluru is becoming most unlivable city in the world. One small rainis enough to drown all big IT parks. In summer no water. Many apartments residents are spending more than 10k per month for water around mahadevapura area.
