@@oinddrila the main first thing u have to understand is that whether u believe in shiva or not, whether u worship him or not, or u offer him or not, whether u r vegetarian or non vegetarian.... nothing matters to him. The main thing matters is your karma(good deeds). This is the one way. Another way is by worshipping him. Never worship him by keeping your own profits in your mind. Never say him that u give me this I will worship u for these many days. Just meditate with his names by concentrating between your eyebrows. U should feel that your heart is a shiva temple. U may get ur own path by reading bhagwat gita. Om namah shivaya

Isn't He both formless { nirguna } and with form too { saguna }, just like Brahman? While it's true that the ultimate truth is nirguna, the saguna aspect, being more "personal" in nature, is relatively more compassionate and approachable. Now, that's the same difference between love and compassion - the latter is too abstract, as pointed out once by Sri Chinmoy. A similar distinction can be seen between avatar and God. The former is relatively more personal and less abstract than the latter.
It is in this same context that the avatar descends to Earth so that s/he could personally bring about a revolution in the degraded status of current Dharmic consciousness. Sai Baba has similarly described the avatar as playing the role of a concerned father who jumps, without a second thought, into the sea to save his drowning children.

Iswara is he, she, both, and neither - for IT exists at all LEVELS or STRATA of Consciousness. So, whichever level or stratum you want to identify IT with is really dependent on your own inborn dharma and bhava, while others do not necessarily have the same dharma and bhava. The very nature of Nature actually is DIVERSITY, and Shakti revels in that.
So stop being so prescriptive, intolerant, agenda-driven (?) and narrow in thinking for that's the domain of politics where people are forced to conform to just one standard. Have you not seen them wearing the same colored UNIFORM, shoes, hat, etc..? By definition, uniform = only ONE form, the very opposite of Nature / Shakti, which is diversity herself. As for climbing up the summit, some daring mountaineers have attempted to do so, but with no luck. Trekking all the way up to the peak of Mount Kailash is held to be a forbidden act among Hindus for the fear of trespassing the sanctity of the mountain and disturbing the divine energies residing there.

I went Kailash Mansarovar yatra August 2019, i met my porter at yamadwar,he was wearing earing,plaited hair and holding a mala keep chanting, the best part is that when holding my porter's hand to do the kora i felt like walking on the air,no breathing difficulty,no feeling cold felt like normal climate as my own country as doing my brisk walking.I feel Lord Shiva came in my porter's roop
Yes, such instances are common, especially if one visits any Shiv dham/ temple. Even I experienced it on my trek to Kedarnath over 20 years back. As I stood gasping for breath while leaning on the walkway railing on the side overlooking the valley, an old man came and asked if I have got exhausted. I said yes and he gave me a very small pebble and asked me to inhale it's smell while cupping it in my hands. I had a long drag and then it was all peaceful and refreshing, instantaneously. As I looked up to thank him, I could not locate him. I looked around but he was gone. Wondering what was that when it dawned, maybe HE came to help me. Om Namah Shivayah

I think it’s fake hype to look at mountain formations and pick parts of the mountain and say this is Ganesha , etc. At some point our generation needs to stop the myths and fake hypes from our past generations. If this is going to be current generations view , god save the future.

Lord Shiva is therefore explained in Brahma-samhita (5.45) in this way -
"kshiram yatha dadhi vikara-vishesha-yogat
sanjayate na hi tatah prithag asti hetoh
yah shambhutam api tatha samupaiti karyad
govindam adi-purusham tam aham bhajami"
Lord Shiva is considered to be like yogurt (dadhi). Yogurt is nothing but transformed milk; nonetheless, yogurt cannot be accepted as milk.
Similarly, Lord Shiva holds almost all the powers of Lord Vishnu, and he is also above the qualities of the living entity, but he is not exactly like Vishnu, just as yogurt, although transformed milk, is not exactly like milk. (SB Canto 4.30.24, Purport)

Fighting over supremecy of gods, keeping ur opinion is a different thing but defaming people for whom they worship is just so wrong. I mean these are the people who'd give a speech on god is one and then fight over it🥺. Fighting for the god you worship, and i believe that god won't accept this behaviour. We just lost humanity completely. And i know there would be some people ready to fight with me too under my comment, which i don't want😞

I had the darshan of Manasarovar and Kailash last year in 2019. I never tried to see any imaginary signs on Mount Kailash. It was so funny that some of my group mates were seeing all kinds of images and figures on Mount Kailash.when I stood in front of Manasarovar and Kailash parvat I could not believe myself that I was actually there and having the Darshan of sacred Manasarovar and Mount Kailash.
My heart was full of reverence and
Fulfillment. I was 58 years then, the Yatra was successfully completed by god's grace without any problems. Even today whenever I remember the Kailash Yatra I feel so blessed, Joy and peace fill my heart.

Many forms of god, but the attachment I feel with " Aadiyogi, SHIVA" form is beyond my words. I get so overwhelmed that i starts crying listening mantra chants.

When you'll spend most of your life time you'll only get regret atlast, so it's better to find who's is just shaking your soul from inside, that overwhelming feeling just focus on that.
