Today i got into a game with drage and he was frank 🗿bro still managed to get 2 deaths(i got 11 more kills than him but also 6 more deaths)
Definitely not broken. She can charge in 66% 1.5supers. 9 hit she has hypercharge. She needs 3 supers to charge 18 hits
