Some of these were the same PID and some different all listed on separate lines with same local IP address followed by differing suffix (:5165, :5166 and so on approx 20+ or so) and all with foreign IP some same and some differing. Some of these came back to IE as established and active with CPU usage although IE was not open!? I have not removed anything yet. ... I am hacked or not hacked? ... your opinion please! ... for person who understand listen if there are another ip address for example you see 3 ip adress like 127.0.0.1 and 0.0.0.0 and your ip adress that is normal that mean ur window not hacked but you found out there are another ip address is not your address so for example your ip is 195.100.1.125 and that ip is 185.255.1.345 and that ip is in your computer that mean you have been hacked but if you don't see any other suspicious which mean your computer have been hacked but if you dont that mean your computer is safe (127.0.0.1 is window process and 0.0.0.0 is something about your computer and it just like that but 0.0.0.0 is listening not established)
Those are just regular Windows processes. It is normal for some processes to open a network connection to themselves. Anything that says 127.0.0.1 is definitely NOT a hacker. Also, some of the other ones may be Windows Update or some other system process checking for updates, so...

If your computer has been hacked (as mine has) going to end process in task manager does absolutely nothing in my situation. All it tells me is that the program is in use and therefore i cannot delete it, unfortunately the multiples of important .exes that they use are turned on automatically when my computer turns on so i can never fully delete them, even when i give myself permission to. If you are being hacked, reinstall the OS and if that does not work then get professional help. It is nearly impossible to remove a hacker once they are in your system without wiping it.

you can also take the ip address of the hacker you found in the cmd then type this into google maps. make sure you know how to type it. i did it and found my hackers house. fun stuff !

Catherine Daniel I'd recommend looking in Task Manager (ctrl+shift+escape) to see if anything's eating a lot of CPU.
that's what I was thinking, that was just the hotkey command. it ll just restart on next start up.

that only works when the hacker is fresh! if the hacker is anonyme or if the hacker got on your computer for a while then you gotta instal something!
