This is a 1994 model year EG4, not 1993, though it was probably manufactured in 1993. Giveaways are: Fabric-covered trunk box cover, one-piece spoiler, and the fact the VIN is EG4-12######!

@@JaviVibes I’m sorry, our right, in the UK the VTi was the 1.6 DOHC. I had a UK ESi (from new). I didn’t realise the JDM cars were completely different model names. In the UK the VTi was the ‘Type-R’ equivalent.
@@amin1994 In the Uk, yes. It’s still one of my favourite cars ever. Wish I would have kept it now. Strangely enough, my auto was faster from 0-40mph than the VTi manual, after that the VTi would catch up and pull away.
Sorry I’m late to this. I actually own an LSI in the UK currently and you’re right in that this ‘VTI’ is the JDM equivalent to our UKDM LSI. The key differences I noticed while watching this video is that the seats in this car are the same style as the ones found in the UK VTI (front and rear). The LSI engine is the d15 but non V-TEC where as this VTI does have V-TEC and also an LSD gearbox. Other than that, they are pretty much the same car. Hope this helps 😉
