@@equilibriomartialmind777 Yeah if done properly and slowly enough, you're not supposed to see if someone has done iron fist training. Calluses and bigger knuckles are a result of improper training. Basically scaling up too fast with not enough rest.
Just like in bodybuilding, the rest is more important than the exercise.

Từ khi luyện võ tuổi thanh xuân
Quan điểm luyện mức này chẳng cần
Chỉ cần luyện chân, tay cứng cáp
Khi sử dụng, dùng lực toàn thân
Đã có vũ khí khi chiến tranh
Khi sử dụng cận chiến tung hoành
Ba sáu đòn đoạt mạng đối thủ
Đâu cần những đòn nặng 'ngàn cân'.
Khi cần quả đấm sắt ta đeo
Chân giầy đinh, thiết cước đâm nghèo
Trả lẽ tháo giầy dùng thiết cước
Nên rèn ngạnh công tôi chẳng theo
"Cương đao phạt mộc" luyện đủ dùng
Chặt gạch, đấm ngói dùng ung dung
"Nhất dương chỉ" đục dừa lấy nước
Tốn công rèn luyện, tôi chẳng dùng
Ngạnh công chẳng dùng trong thể thao
Cùng vận động viên, đầu đấm vào
Họ đâu phải kẻ thù xâm lược
Nỡ dùng ngạnh công đánh họ sao?
Thể thao có Luật định rõ ràng
Chẳng thể dùng, nội, ngoại thương mang
Ngạnh công chỉ dùng trong biểu diễn
Luyện không dùng chỉ thêm bẽ bàng

I practice hitting wood studs in my basement. I also use my big fiberglass stepladder to practice palm blows. For padding I might use cardboard. As well when I practice my punching its in time to music like polkas. Its more fun that way.

    • @TheFlavio23
      @TheFlavio23 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    • @ric52
      @ric52 2 ปีที่แล้ว
