Hello. Lovely build. What is the model of Handlebar and Stem that was used? The Stem appears different in the final moments of the vid. Thanks in advance.
Good afternoon! Many thanks for great review! Can you please help me choose best endurance bike? For now, looking between Trek Domane SLR 7 and Canyon Endurace CF SLX Disc 9.0 Di2. What are the main advantages and disadvantages of those bikes? Or maybe you can recommend something else? Price is ok for me. Thanks in advance
That is easy, a Canyon. Buying a Trek means praying you will never need to use their shitty warranty. I had a Trek Madone. My dreambike and after serious problems and no help from Trek whatsoever, I trashed the bike and threw it in the bin. The lifetime warranty for the first owner is just marketing bullshit. Never a Trek for me again. It was a very expensive lesson.
waterkoud1 Hm, just bought SLR7 project one🤷🏻♂️Will keep in mind that and ask about level of warranty in the shop where I bought , thanks for the warning. Which bike did you bought after madone? Its beautiful bike at least by design👍
@@mobilesecure Maybe it is just a problem from Trek in my country, the Netherlands. I own a Focus bike now. Bought this bike because they solved a problem with my Focus CX1, a few years ago, fast and without any problems. Still think a Trek looks better than my Focus, but I just can't forget the Trek problems that set me back 4000 euros.
@@jimclawley7503 The Trek Madone 2010 has a seatmast cap that is hold in place with two bolts. The 2011 model changed the seatcap mast and the way the bolts go in. It also was a known problem. These bolts are the problem. Every season one of the bolts would snap. The seatmast was placed in the right way. Carbon paste and with a torque wrench. Imagine having a high end bike that you just can not trust. You don't know when it will happen, but you know it will snap again. I was the first owner and bought a Trek because of their life time warranty. Never ever will I buy another Trek again and neither will all my cycling friends. They called me the canon, because of the sound the snapping bolt would make. A very loud bang.
This is in my opinion the best model Domane to date, it's light weight and comfortable 👌🏽...
Even though i have a domane and can just look at mine, its something about watching it being built.. Nice video
Thanks for the relaxing and enjoyable video. Stunning bike. Expertly built. After watching that I'm planning to order mine!
beautiful bike. Nice to see it being built.
Beautiful bike - lovely colour scheme
3 months late, the newest version is released. Hopefully you got a good deal
My thinking as well. I just bought the same bike about three months ago!!

Awesome
Are these high end bikes bigger than the humble Giant TCRs w similar componentry?
....LINDA!!!!
what's up with those 70mm stem flipped up and spacer tower, isn't the Domane endurance geometry?
Maybe he wanted more endurancer.
Its a Team Bike so I imagine it is less endurance and more race, areo oriented.
What weight did it come out at?
Can it run on bad roads ?
Yea it can. I did a video on taking my domane off road on my channel.
What size????
カッチョエエ
but this is emonda!
This is a domane
I have the same Domane, love it...
