Your garden is so lovely! I love water features in the garden. I have made several for my garden. One is an old silver plated tea service. The water tank is hidden, so all you see is the serving tray, coffee pot, teapot and sugar bowl with water coming from the spout of the Coffee Pot, into the teapot, then out the spout of the teapot into the sugar bowl, then out of the sugar bowl on to the tray, and back down through holes in the tray back into the hidden tank. Solar pumps are so fun to use for making water features. I always get solar pumps with backup batteries so they will work on cloudy days and after dark.
@@Thetudorcottagediaries unfortunately I have never even tried instagram…or TH-cam. Though I do watch a lot of channels on TH-cam. I do have photos and videos of my water features on Facebook.
I think a bubbling water feature in your old well would be beautiful. I have tried so hard to find a water feature that does not cost the earth, and gives me the sound of the water flowing, and not the sound of the pump working! Looking for a solar one. I only have a tiny front area as a garden, so it needs to be something that can go on the house wall really. Your garden is looking Chelsea ready! Love watching the show on the tv. Blessings from a sunny West Devon, England, and Jilly & Madge the rescue greyhound. xxx
Beautiful Heidi! 2005 was the last time I went to Chelsea when I lived in London. Now in southern Scotland. As you say it was a nightmare trying to see the show gardens and the day we went it was torrential rain and we were soaked through to our undies 😂 Not a comfortable journey home!!! I prefer to watch it on tv. I love your garden tours!
Chelsea is beautiful but too busy they sell too many tickets or don’t do it over enough days it’s so so busy , I feel the press day is wasted it should just be press morning x
I would love a garden like yours it's so beautiful x
Keep hope alive, like I did , it took years but was worth the wait x
Your garden and pond look beautiful Where you have that empty space could another rose fit in there as your roses are doing very well
I took your advice I’m now thinking of adding one for King Charles ❤
@@Thetudorcottagediaries That would be nice to add a rose for King Charles. . He loves his garden at High Grove

This came just at the right time Heidi as it's thunder and lightning here in Cheshire. Your garden is looking gorgeous.
We have only just had the rain and a rain now now the sun is out again, joys of British weather x
I love your green house!
It’s so versatile, we saved it when we moved in the previous owners had permission from English Heritage to demolish it !!!!!
So look forward to your videos Heidi. Yours is my favourite garden on You Tube
