This has really been helping my dog who is very sick right now. Please send her good energy everyone. She is 11 years old and went in for surgery 2 days ago to repair a torn ligament in her back leg, but they had to stop the surgery right after giving her anesthesia because she turned blue. They then did a chest X-ray and found fluid in her lungs - so they did a culture and we are still waiting for the results. Meanwhile they sent her home with me and she is so, so very sick. :( She is on very heavy antibiotics and meds to try to keep her comfortable while we treat the lung infection so that she can finally undergo the surgery to repair her leg so she can walk again and isn't in pain. This just really sucks and I have turned our bedroom into a healing cocoon and I have this music on 24-7 and it really, really, really is helping her sooooo much to relax and sleep! Thank you!!!!

You have my deepest sympathy. I lost two dogs in the last few years; it was very painful. My champion Airedale was twelve, and my mixed breed girl was 17. She had two litters, 6 and 4 pups. When I have a dog nearing the end, I always get another pup. The pup gives the old dog a bit of life for a time, and the pup is still here when the dog is gone. I have a Border Collie and a Jack Russell at the moment. I hope your dog is still alive, but if not,get another dog; it eases the pain.

This music is so wonderful to calm frightened dogs or simply to calm them down when peace needs to be restored in the pack. I dog sit in my home and I find this music a blessing for my pack. It also calms people. I've taken a nap along with my pups a time or two and I never nap. Lovely tool. Thanks so much.

The healthiest sleep system is the bi-phasal one; you sleep five hours or so, and later in the day you nap for 30 to 60 minutes.150 years ago most people slept in two shifts; they'd get up in the middle of the night for an hour or so, to read or have a cup of tea, or whatever. You don't need 8 hours; that's a myth, You need only 6 hours, and only 2 if you can do it properly, a half-hour every six hours, but modern life doesn't allow it. Check it out. I'm not making it up.

My puppy, Molly, is a Dachson and I thought this would help her sleep better at night because she always gets up and wonders around to make sure everyone is ok because it is VERY dark. When I looked over at her bed in the morning, she was sound asleep. Even when my dad tried to get her to go out side she wouldn't go! it worked for my dog to. and I didn't think it would work for my dog . but it did work my dog started to fall asleep .
My dog has no problem sleeping, she's energetic most of the time. But recently shes become a professional show dog and the most recent visit to the vets was a mixup of good and bad news. They said that her jumping is helping her body with muscle build up as she is a mongrel so she is prone to some illness but also we need to do physiotherapy on her legs and joints after every training session. She donst like laying still so I would have to force her down and bribe her with treats. I came up with an idea to put on this relaxing music to see if would help, it is working rn. I put my headphones in, put one by her hear quietly and now she's letting me do her physiotherapy thanks a million
